This terms of use governs your use of the
software applications ("Application") created by Anishu, Inc.
You agree that Anishu, Inc. may collect and use technical data and information in connection with your use of the application (including, but not limited to, contact information and technical information about your device) that are gathered to facilitate the features and functionality of Application and software updates, product support and other services. Please see our Privacy Policy (www.anishu.com/privacy) for more information about how Anishu, Inc. collects, uses, stores and discloses information collected through the application. You also hereby consent to Anishu, Inc. communicating with you about the application or in connection with the features and functions of the application.
You agree not to do, or authorize or permit any third-party to do, any of the following: (i) copy, decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble, attempt to derive the source code of, modify or create derivative works of application, or any updates or any part thereof (except as and only to the extent any of these restrictions are prohibited by applicable law); or (ii) remove, alter or obscure any copyright, trademark or other proprietary rights notice on or in application. If you violate any of the restrictions set forth in the Terms, your use of application will immediately cease, and you will have infringed the copyright and other rights of Anishu, Inc., which may subject you to prosecution and damages. Anishu, Inc. reserves all rights not expressly granted to you in the Terms.
Use of Finances application is free for the first 100 entries. Additional use is on a subscription basis. Subscriptions for unlimited entries are available for $0.99 per month for monthly subscriptions or $9.99 per year for annual subscriptions, or as otherwise agreed to in writing by Anishu, Inc. Application subscriptions renew automatically for successive monthly or annual subscription periods (as applicable) until cancelled.
